OIL MARKETING SERVICES

Our drive in respect of this core function is in 2 folds –

(1) To secure the dealership of a cluster of retail outlets under the canopy of any of the top brand Oil Marketing Company (OMC).

(2) To undertake the provision of some intangible services in the domain of oil marketing that are distinct from the marketing of tangible oil products.

These services under this umbrella as applicable in the marketing of tangible oil products typically refer to both business to consumer (B2C) and business to business (B2B).

The services in question are


-Providing tailor made solutions to hiccups experienced by individuals and institutional consumers of petroleum products.

-Providing smooth running models for adoption by challenged oil marketing companies.

-Providing effective and efficient management structure as required, replacing any existing one within the downstream sector of the oil industry that is adjudged to be inefficient.

-Forming strategic alliance with entities of like minds to develop   programmes aimed at influencing behavioural change and policy reforms in favour of efficient, friendlier and greener alternatives for generation of power and fire for cooking.

   
 


PETROLEUM PRODUCTS SUPPLY

This core function here is the direct supply of any of the derivatives of fossil oil as may be required by households, industrial and retail customers respectively.

The petroleum products in this wise will cover the followings – Petrol (PMS), Diesel (AGO), Kero (DPK), Cooking Gas (LPG), Marine Gas Oil (MGO), Aviation Fuel (ATK), Black Oil (LPFO) and the various grades of lubricants. Our uniqueness in the discharge of this core function is premised on a tripod stand,

(1) our price offering is lower than competition and without  compromise on quality, ostensibly due to low overhead cost,

(2) Our vast knowledge of the sources of the products as well as strong financial muscle which confer on us the competitive edge to pick products at efficient prices from the best sources for timely delivery to our customers,

(3) Our mode of supply is a departure from the traditional mode of customers going through the hassles of movement to the Supplier’s office to place immediate or a request in advance to our model of “deployment of proprietary cards to all customers for on line request for either immediate order or advance order”. 

In the same vein, we have developed “a door-to-door supply of AGO and LPG, codenamed AGO Convenience and LPG Convenience model” to households under our canopy. The main focus is to meet the petroleum products needs of our customers without the attendant stress and frustrations associated with the traditional model.

   
 


CRUDE OIL AND BULK PETROLEUM PRODUCTS SUPPLY
Our focal point in this core function is the role of intermediation between a Seller and a Buyer of any sizable quantity of crude oil and petroleum products either for direct consumption or for onward shipment to the final off taker.

The products under reference will always be sourced from available markets in Europe and outside, for onward supply to end buyers. Our performance in this core function is derived from our pedigree and relationship network within the Supply Organs in the Oil markets around the globe.

As an intermediary, emphasis will be placed on

- Enabling the two parties to enter into a direct business relationship.
- Assisting the two parties to conclude every transaction.
- Acting as Buyer’s Mandate.

 

 

 

  HAULAGE SERVICES
This core function will see the Company running a fleet of trucks which will be segmented to specific hauling of products from the supply points to the various customers’ locations. The categorization of the trucks and their corresponding products are highlighted below:
-          Articulated trucks: Will be dedicated to fast moving consumer goods    (FMCG) and various kinds of beverages.
-           Dry cargo trucks: Will be dedicated to various grades of lubricants.
-          Petroleum products trucks: Will be dedicated to White products and Aviation fuel.

 

 

 

 

BUNKERING SERVICES
This core function affords us to be positioned to provide bunkering through the active partnership with the market leaders in the Industry.
It is expected that our quota contribution in this direction will help to meet the demands of vessels which hitherto go to Nigeria and other countries for bunkering activities.

 

 

   

 

 

CONSULTANCY SERVICES

Our focus under this core function is limited to Businesses and Individuals. For any business unit, we concentrate on specific requirements and tailor our services accordingly with the sole aim of providing solutions that will help the business unit in question to reach its full potentials.


Concerning individuals, we offer personal development programmes using the tools of one on one coaching, motivational talks and mentorship, all aimed at enabling the individual to reach his or her full potential.

 

 

 

   

 

 

MERCHANDISING
Our operative definition of this core function is the facilitation of importation and selling of various essential commodities to meet the demands of the underserved customers. Specifically, this sector will be involved in importing of essential and non-essential commodities i.e. Sugar, Rice. Cement, Vegetable Oil, Used clothing etc. and selling in bulk to wholesalers.

On the other side of importation, the company shall also engage in the exportation of exportable minerals and commodities from Ghana to the relevant markets around the world. These shall include the different species of timber and other products that will fall within the strategic fit of the company.
